If you are bored of having the same bland raita as an accompaniment to lunch every day, you will love to taste the masala raita. It will tingle your taste buds and give you the experience of an exotic taste.
Ingredients
Agrigold curd/dahi – 2 cups
Finely chopped cucumber – 1 no.
Finely chopped tomato – 2 nos.
Finely chopped onion – 2 nos.
Fresh coriander leaves – 1 bunch
Cumin seeds – 2 tsp.
Coriander seeds – 2 tsp.
Fennel seeds (saunf) – 1 tsp.
Fenugreek seeds – 1tsp.
Ajwain seeds – 1 tsp.
Ginger powder – 1 tsp.
Black salt – 1 tsp.
Agrigold red chilli powder – 1 tsp.
Agrigold Black pepper powder – 1 tsp.
Some dried mint leaves
Salt to taste
(Except the curd, cucumber, tomato, onion and coriander leaves, dry roast everything, grind and have a dry mixture ready)

(Except the curd, cucumber, tomato, onion and coriander leaves, dry roast everything, grind and have a dry mixture ready)
Method
- Put the curd in a mixing bowl. Add a portion of the dry mixture generously, depending on your taste. Mix well
- Now add the cucumber, tomato, onion to the mixture. Mix again
- Now mix in the coriander leaves gently. Refrigerate for at least half an hour
Serve cold
