Ingredients
AgriGold curd/dahi – 1 cup
Water/cold milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 4 tsp
Cardamom seeds – 1 crushed
Method
- Put the curd, water and sugar in a mixing bowl
- Use a blender to blend these ingredients together. In case there is no blender, mix sugar with curd and then add water, and shake the mixture vigorously to get froth
- Pour the lassi out into 2 glasses and garnish with the crushed cardamom seeds
Serve chilled or put ice cubes into the glasses.
