Ingredients
Agrigold Standardised milk – 1 l
Dates –10-12 nos.
Skinned almonds – 50 g
Chopped pista – 4 tbsp.
Apricot – 8-10 nos.
Sugar – 50 g
Honey – ½ cup
Method
- Soak almonds, dates, and apricot in hot water overnight or at least for 4 hours
- Drain and grind to a smooth paste
- Add sugar, honey and milk to the paste. Blend
- Refrigerate for an hour. Blend again till frothy
- Garnish with chopped pista
Serve chilled.
