Chutneys can be used as accompaniments with your daily lunch and dinner. It’s all the better if that chutney can also be healthy rather than be oily and full of red chilli powder.
Ingredients
Agri Gold curd/dahi – ½ cup
Grated red radish – 6 tbsp
Toasted cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Shredded fresh mint leaves – 2 tsp
Deseeded and chopped green chillies – 2 nos.
Salt to taste
Method
• In a mixing bowl, add the curd, grated radish, cumin seeds, mint leaves and salt. Mix well
• Now add the chillies; you may choose not to add chillies at all
Serve chilled
