Ingredients
Oats – 1 cup
AgriGold Toned Milk/Pasteurised Whole Milk – 2.5 cups
Sugar – 2 tsp
AgriGold curd/dahi – 1 heaped tbsp
Honey – 1 tbsp
Salt – a pinch
Method
- In a thick bottomed nonstick saucepan, pour the milk and the oats and add to it just a pinch of salt. Boil
- After it comes to a boil, let it simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir continuously
- Remove from heat. Let it set for a couple of minutes
- Before serving, add curd and drizzle with honey
Serve hot.
