Ingredients
AgriGold Curd/Dahi – 2 cups
AgriGold Standardised milk - 1/4 cup
Finely chopped tomatoes – 1 cup
Roasted AgriGold cumin (jeera) powder – 1 tsp
Chopped cilantro – 1/2 cup
Chopped green chillies - 2
Salt to taste
Method
- Put the curd and milk in a mixing bowl
- Add the cumin powder, salt and chopped green chillies. Mix well till smooth
- Add the chopped tomatoes and mix well
Refrigerate the raita for sometime. Garnish with the chopped cilantro before serving.
